Whether developing advertising and marketing communications for a major cancer care provider, or advocating for construction of the nation’s first new nuclear power units in three decades, he combines strategic insight with practical experience to deliver results for a wide variety of clients.

Accredited in Public Relations (APR) by the Public Relations Society of America, he is a writer, editor, and campaign implementer. Partnering with clients, he works diligently to deliver effective advice, strategies and materials that meet, and often exceed, their needs.

He brings a broad background in branding, advertising, and in development of practical plans that provide a roadmap for responding to business and institutional communication needs.

Tal launched his firm after a long career at Atlanta-based Georgia Power, where he managed responses to numerous crises, such as industrial accidents involving fires, explosions and fatalities. He worked with his internal team and company executives to develop and implement strategic public information and branding campaigns. These included support of cost recovery through rate increases, and community acceptance campaigns for new nuclear generating units, power transmission lines, electric substations, and a major natural gas pipeline.

His clients have included the Cobb Chamber of Commerce Competitive EDGE economic development program and its announcement of the Atlanta Braves’ move to Cobb County. He currently supports Southern Regional Medical Center’s marketing and public relations programs, communications for the City of Cumming, Ga., and public relations and marketing communications for Athens-based University Cancer & Blood Center.

A graduate of Georgia Southern University, Tal is a recipient of the University’s Leadership Service Award. He is a graduate of Leadership Atlanta, served as chairman of the Empty Stocking Fund of Atlanta, and serves on the Advisory Board for the Georgia Southern University Department of Communication Arts.
