Jaillene brings over a decade of strategic communication messaging and media relations experience. She began her career on Capitol Hill serving as Press Secretary and spokesman for Rep. Max Burns and Rep. Dave Weldon. In Washington, she gained in-depth experience in legislative communication strategies as well as crisis management and response. She worked on a wide array of issues with focus on education, agriculture, stem cells, aerospace and small business.

Jaillene served as the Communications Director for Lt. Governor Casey Cagle during his first term, during which time his statewide name ID nearly doubled. Key areas of work included transportation, economic development, government spending, healthcare and education. In the 2010 election cycle, she played a key role in the successful campaign for Constitutional Amendment 4, which won voters’ approval by 60 percent. Since then, she has worked on communications strategies and initiatives for state government, small businesses, legislative initiatives and non-profits.  She has also leads the public relations and media outreach effort for one of COMM360’s larger clients, Google. During the 2012 election cycle, she managed the media and public relations strategy for Amendment 2, which passed with a 68 percent statewide vote.

She has extensive experience in media relations and has placed clients with national media such as Larry King Live, USA Today, The Wall Street Journal, FOX News, CNN, People Magazine, and enjoys strong relationships with statewide media in Georgia.

She was named one of the 20 Rising Stars Under 40 by Cobb Life Magazine. She is an active member of Stonebridge Church.
